Welcome 2009!


We hope everyone has enjoyed the holidays and are looking forward to the New Year!

In December the 2009 Gau team was announced. The Vorplattlers and Vordirndls have chosen Bill Collins, Chris Collins, Shawn Collins, Michael Rase, Brandon Saratella, Kristen Collins, Deanna Dozsak, Taylor Eurich, Stefanie Krisch, and Monika Ledford. We look forward to being represented by this great group at the Gaufest in Toledo!

This year’s Gaufest is August 13-16 in Toledo, Ohio. Everyone is invited to attend this fun-filled and educational event! If you are interested in attending, the tickets are $140 each and the money is due to Bill Collins on Saturday night, January, 10th. The banquet seating is first-come-first-serve and we intend to be one of the first to purchase the tickets for the best table possible. If you want to buy your tickets after the 10th the host club can’t guarantee that you’ll be sitting with the rest of our club. Please see any of the Schuhplattler officers for more details.
